If you are short on time but looking for something more than a day-trip, then it has to be Kali Gandaki, which starts from the Lakeside town of Pokhara.
Kali Gandaki is considered a holy river that flows in the deepest gorge in the world, the Kali gandaki gorge. Rafting in Kali Gandaki is wonderful adventure passing through superb scenes, wildlife, unexplored remote villages, challenging rapids and technical bounces, terrific gorges, pristine jungles, sandy beaches and fishing and swimming opportunities in big water of Himalayan flows. Kali Gandaki river offers three days rafting trip and also can be done in two days in high water.
Kali Gandaki river rafting is also best chained with multi adventure with Annapurna circuit trek and Mountain Biking from Jomsom.

Day 1: Departure
Welcome to the land of Buddha . You will be picked up by the representatives of Beyond Shangri-la Travels and take you to the hotel. After reaching hotel in Thamel, you can walk around Kathmandu for sightseeing.
Drive to Pokhara and put – in, 2-3 hours of class 4.
Day of class 3/4 to just above Seti Beni village.
Seti Beni rapid and village, more class 3/4, take – out confluence of Aadhi Khola (dam) and bus to Pokhara arriving late pm.
